• Premium Warranty Program

    This warranty is an extension to the new vehicle warranty program on used vehicles - it gives the customer an additional 2 or 3 years.  This program has the highest customer satisfaction rate as it models the warranty coverage found on the new vehicle program..

  • New Vehicle Warranty Program

    Customer loyalty for new vehicles is relatively high. The major reason is that the vehicle is warranted by the manufacturer for a period of 3 years or more resulting in a high proportion of customers servicing their vehicle with a franchised dealer.  We have increased customer retention significantly by offering a 5 year / 140,000km or 6 year / 180,000km warranty.  This also attracts customers who would not usually service at your dealership as they would like to maintain the additional warranty offered by servicing with your Dealership.

  • Used Vehicle Warranty Program

    Customer loyalty for Used Vehicles is less than 5% in most Dealerships. By offering your customers additional warranty coverage (1,2 or 3 years) and implementing a service follow-up program, most Dealers have increased service retention on Used Vehicles to better than 60%.      
  • Statutory Warranty Program

    This warranty is a standard 3 month / 5,000km statutory warranty on all used vehicles sold. Automotive Dealer Services administers claims from  Day 1 - no more conflict between used car / service management and improves customer satisfaction.   Automotive Dealer Services controls & reduces dealer's involvement and manages outside repairers if the customer is not in your PMA.  All customer enquiries for statutory warranty period are handled by Automotive Dealer Services by contacting us on our toll free number.  

  • Powertrain  Warranty Program

    The Powertrain Warranty Program is for vehicles that a Dealership may not wish to issue a "Standard Warranty Support Program" on. For example, high Km vehicles, Commercial Vehicles, or high claims risk vehicles. The Powertrain Warranty reduces the claims exposure for the Dealership whilst still providing limited coverage for the purchaser and still forms part of the "service follow up program". 

     

  • Roadside Assistance Program

    Roadside assistance is peace of mind support, providing breakdown services and advice - 24 hours / 7days a week.  The coverage and term of roadside assist is available from 6 months to 6 years.  Automotive Dealer Services registers and lodges customer's vehicle details via our On Line Warranty Contracts lodgement.

  • Car Care Warranty Program

    The ultimate vehicle protection program for customers who purchase the aftermarket car care products.  This is managed by Automotive Dealer Services and the dealer purchases the treatments directly from the distributor for around 1/3 of the price.
